Noelle Muter is a dedicated, board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with a passion for empowering individuals through evidence-based, holistic mental wellness care. Specializing in children, adolescents, and teens, she helps young people navigate challenges like ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma-related symptoms, oppositional defiant behaviors, and more.

With experience supporting adults as well, Noelle takes a warm, collaborative approach—considering life stressors, relationships, sleep, school, and overall well-being to create personalized treatment plans.

Qualifications & Background

Noelle earned her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a specialization as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Alverno College. She is licensed as an Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber (APNP) in Wisconsin and board-certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (PMHNP-BC).

With extensive nursing experience across mental health and other settings, Noelle is committed to preventive, patient-centered care.
